STAFF INTERVIEW / Director, President's Office
Tomomi Nakamura

What led you to join SALON MODE?
I had always lived locally, and I was beginning to wonder whether I wanted something more: a chance to encounter different perspectives and a new world. That was when I discovered SALON MODE. The company goes beyond apparel. It creates buildings and spaces, brings people together, and develops new experiences from those encounters. The chance to be involved in so many different fields and gain a wide range of experience really appealed to me. Above all, I could discover a new world without leaving my hometown. My previous job was in a completely different industry, so I wondered how much I would be able to do. Even so, the excitement of stepping into a new environment was stronger than my worries, and I decided to join.
